Analyzing Frequent Itemsets and Sequences

When you have created frequent itemsets or sequences, you may want to analyze this data, using filtering or sorting operations, computing statistics or creating plots.

For datasets these operations can be performed in the Data Manager, while for itemsets, sequences and clusters you can use the Itemsets/Sequences Manager.

This task analyzes this data in almost exactly the same way as the Data Manager analyzes datasets.

Frequent itemsets and sequences have a similar tabular structure to datasets:

• Frequent itemsets are the output of the Frequent Itemsets Mining task

• Frequent sequences are the output of the Sequence Analysis task
  
  

Prerequisites

You must have produced frequent itemsets or sequences in your process via one of the following tasks:

• Frequent Itemsets Mining

• Sequence Analysis
